Macdon!!!Best way for waste management.Our govt needs to have otak n think in a new evolved manner. Not simply kill n poison them. Then the rotiing carcases will smell n the dogs will not be able to minimize waste for its lifetime....isn't it??? We need to ORGANIZE dog sanctuaries to do exactly this purpose. Dogs can catch rats cos they're too big for cats nowadays Seeing eye dogs, detect explosives etc etc... Pls let Pak Mie n Mak Intan know this to say in their defense against City Council
